Work has commenced on site for the internal alterations to an existing unit to form a new contemporary Dental Practice. Accommodation includes an open plan reception and waiting area, five surgeries, an OPG x-ray room, an LDU (decon), an office and associated servicing facilities.
Building Warrant has been granted for internal alterations and a contemporary extension to an existing Dental Practice in Clydebank. The project involves remodelling the entire practice to comply with DDA standards including a new entrance, reception and waiting area as well as compliant staff and sanitary facilities.
Change of use and Planning Permission was granted for an former bank (class 1) to be converted into a new Dental Practice (class 2) with an extension to the rear in Biggar. The new four surgery practice also required Listed Building Consent as the building is designated by Historic Scotland as C-listed. The council required a Design Statement in addition to the usual planning
drawings in order to fully assess the impact of the design.
