A Planning Application has been approved for the design of a new Orthodontics Practice within the ground floor unit of a newly built mixed-use development. A complex Section 23 agreement was in place meaning in depth research and a survey was required by the council to clear the conditions and gain approval for our client.
A Building Warrant application has been approved for the substantial internal alterations to an existing Dental Practice in Glasgow. The design involves the expansion of the practice into the currently unused basement level. NVDC proposed a diagrammatic approach to the redesign of the practice, maintaining the entrance level for public use and moving all private and staff facilities onto the lower level. Two new surgeries and a TCO have been introduced to the entrance level whilst the lower level has become a ‘staff hub’ comprising several offices and a large LDU (decontamination room).
The new signage for the new Orthodontics Practice has now been approved by the local council. Construction work is progressing well on site!
Total Orthodontics new practice in Crawley is now open, the design features a large entrance area, bespoke reception desk and open plan surgeries.
