  • Initial Meeting & Introduction

    After making the initial enquiry we arrange to meet at a suitable time to introduce ourselves and discuss your precise requirements. This is an informal but professional meeting to establish your “wish list” and to get an idea as to how you see your practice evolving. We will be able to offer free advice on the feasibility of your ideas and the different options available to you, including design, aesthetics, space planning and operational requirements. We will also be able to give you advice on Health & Safety Guidelines, LDU requirements, and, if applicable, Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent & Building Regulations compliance.

  • Site Survey & On Site Review

    Take advantage of our expertisss by combining the roles of Architect & Contractor, ensuring minimum disruption to the progress of the works, and guaranteeing the highest quality of finish.

  • Space Planning & Design

    Upon completion of a site survey we will then produce drawings and visualisations of your specific requirements, as discussed during our initial meeting.

  • Design Presentation & Project Review

    Once preliminary designs have been created, we will present these to you and discuss how we think they will meet your needs and create the right working environment for you. At this stage we can review designs, make alterations, and cooperate to achieve the perfect scenario for you and your staff. We also take this opportunity to discuss your exact budgets, ranges of furniture available and the finer details of your project.

  • Quotation & Order Process

    Our full and detailed quotation will be accompanied by final drawings and will cover all aspects of the projects that have been considered. Pricing is fully transparent, and quotations can be reviewed and altered as necessary. At this point the Client would place an order.

  • Statutory Consents

    Upon entering an agreement to work together, we will then submit our Client-approved final drawings & specification for Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent (if required) & Building Warrant approval.

  • Project Management & Installation

    We will prepare a contract programme and co-ordinate a project-plan for undertaking all works to suit you and your staff’s working patterns. We then work to deliver the project on time and on budget. Our skilled and dedicated workforce guarantees that the consistency and quality you expect is maintained throughout the project.

  • Project Completion & Handover

    Upon completion of the work we will perform a comprehensive site-clean, and a senior member of NV Design & Construction will do a final detailed inspection and prepare a ‘snagging’ report identifying any defects that may require our attention, all to ensure that you are entirely happy with the end result.
